I had a huge leak from my toilet angle valve on thanksgiving day and every store was closed, I searched for plumbing near me on google and Humberto picked up the phone. He opened the store for me and sold me the valve. I will forever be grateful to Humberto because no one would do such a thing . Thank you!-

Worst experience using thumbtack so far. After a few back and forth messages when I told them my problem they assured me they could help me out. One of my showers does not produce as much as hot water as the other. They get here and say it’s the hot water heater heater and the one I have is too small for the size of my house.

I told them I wasn’t sure if that would solve my problem or not. They assure me that’s the cause of my problem. They leave and pick out a new hot water heater and give me the specs and tell me how it’s more powerful than the one I have and that they won’t have to upgrade any electrical or plumbing. I’m still not sure if I want to try it out because I expressed to them several times that I don’t want to change and my problem is not solved.

They finally convince me it will work and they come back with the new unit and install it. My hot water to the shower o had problems with still did. It produce as much hot water as the other.

Now they decide to run temperature checks on both showed and the kitchen faucet and tell me that’s the water is hot. I say it’s the same as it was before.

They ask me if I wanted ti replace the new one with the old one I say yes I’ll just have to pay them a fee. I ask how much then he goes back to convince me that it’s working perfectly fine.

They go back to the shower I had issues with and says that the water comes out very hot for a few seconds then stops. It must be an issue with the plumbing and they have to open it up. I say ok go ahead and open it up. They say they can’t right now because they have another job and they will be back. A week later they have not reached out.

I do not recommend this company.
