While in another Texas city, I called and made an appointment with Will Fix It and two other competitors to have them inspect and provide me a written estimate to replace my mom's home AC/HVAC system. Justin was my [POC] Point of contact from Will Fix It. Needless to say, Will Fix It won my business. Justin provided a decent, semi-itemized, written quote compared to the other companies. He provided a written quote for 3 different systems, depending upon our available funds and our choice of system longevity and the [good, better, best] build quality of each system.

Justin informed me about available tax credits and he happily completed the paperwork for us. He also informed me that Home Depot had a November 2022 promotion for a zero interest Credit Card for 24 months to assist in smoothing out the new system's purchase and install cost.

Mom said the Will Fix It install crew guys, Carlos Rodriguez and Devin were very friendly and professional. Mom really appreciated they removed all the packaging and trash when they were done with the install. Kudos!!

Justin was an the install experience by obtaining the latest version of the Google Nest thermostat we wanted.

Justin was punctual when arriving for the AC/HVAC inspection visit. Then the installation crew arrived well before their appointment time in order to perform the system install.

Other service companies, no matter what their professional field, should take notes and lessons from the Will Fix It team.

Daryl with Will-Fix-It came out this morning and did our summer AC service. He is 100% professional, competent, and courteous. He was so thorough. Daryl checked the outside unit, the attic unit, the returns and both thermostats. He could not have done a better job. Now we have an awesome watersoftenig system that they just installed in June 2024. They continue to provide excellent service and products.

The Good:
The team that came out was very nice and responsive, their work was great, they answered all questions, and they added some work not originally included by request.

The Bad:
The team broke a hanger from the closet while working, did not provide an access panel to the area even after asking, used our cleaning supplies, used our fans, and used our vacuum to clean up without asking first.

Overall the work was done correctly as far as I can tell but they definitely did not provide the most ideal and professional install, finishing touches, and cleanup I would expect from a professional company with high reviews.

Had an appointment 6/6 and by 6/7 we had a new unit. Michael, Orlando, Matt, Paul and his helper were so knowledgeable understanding the urgency and answered any questions we had. Paul and his helper put the unit on perfect explained the new system to us. Checked to make sure it was working before leaving. They took the time to make sure it was done perfect. I highly recommend “Will” Fix IT to “EVERYONE”

Upgraded to 5 stars. Water heater replaced again. Again all service and technicians were great from the beginning with knowledge and professionalism. Being a new home owner spending money I just was slightly more particular with this. And will Fix it made it right. Thank you so much.

Service was great. Timely manner. However there is some damage to the Water heater that I noticed. Not sure how that happens when it's supposed to be new.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Todd German from Will Fix It, and I can't recommend him highly enough! After struggling with a toilet issue for some time, I had two previous technicians come out who quoted me outrageous prices and insisted that I needed to completely rebuild my toilet. Feeling frustrated and skeptical, I decided to give Will Fix It a try, and I'm so glad I did.

Todd arrived on time and was incredibly professional and friendly right from the start. He quickly assessed the situation and immediately identified the problem. Rather than suggesting an expensive rebuild, he simply tightened a few screws and explained the issue in clear terms so I could understand what was going on. It was such a relief to have someone who was honest and straightforward about what was needed.

Not only did Todd resolve the issue efficiently, but he did so at a super reasonable price! I was shocked at how affordable it was compared to the quotes I had received before. It's rare to find a technician who genuinely cares about providing quality service without overcharging.

Noticed water heater was leaking. Will Fix it came out fairly quickly. Turns out we needed a new water heater. They were very accommodating when it came to selling us a new one. Install scheduled quickly. During install the old one leaked when they were draining it. It caused water to leak through our ceiling and onto the carpet. Said they would come right back to see if it dried. The ceiling had a 3x5 dark area from the water. A week went by and nothing. Made a call and they said we would get a call back that day and there was no call. The following week we made another call and were promised a call back again. No call back. Made another call and demanded to speak to management. After getting upset and so aggravated, they finally sent someone to paint the stain. As I mentioned, so accommodating when selling but we were forgotten when we needed a problem resolved that they caused. Never using Will Fix It again and definitely not recommending them.
