Reached out to a few plumbing companies needing emergency work on a shower valve that needed to be replaced. Chandlers plumbing responded within minutes and had somebody at my door within 20min. Price point was reasonable so I gave them a shot. They didnâ t disappoint. They got me back in business quick and they did a really clean job. I would definitely recommend them and use them for future projects.

My water heater was leaking from the bottom and it was flowing into our garage. I called Chandler even before the business was open and he picked up and gave pricing and information right away. He text me for address and Mario was here within 45 min. He analyzed our water heater but we knew we most likely would need a new one. He has our replacement 50 gal in the van ready to go. Within an hour, we had our new water heater installed. I was invoiced via email and processed via Square so it was very simple and straight forward. Tbh I called 5 other businesses, and Chandler was correct - his price was the best. But the expedited service was clutch. To the Chandler and Mario: truly a big thank you. I didn’t share this to them but I have a newborn baby and having water is crucial for bottles, bathing, etc. so we appreciate it.

So incredibly happy I found this business! My apartment unit has had a broken water heater issue for a month. My property managers have called various hvac/plumbing companies, attempting to even order a custom water heater which was going to take 2 weeks to procure. At earlier 2024 we decided to upgrade our home, including replacing exterior sewer and water lines. I have asked “Angi” regarding sewer/water lines service. Angi provided local companies with higher customer reviews. Lucky Chandler Plumbing is on the top of list. I have contacted the top two companies and then decided contact Chandler Plumbing to do the project. The reasons to pick Chandler Plumbing, 1)from top of Angi’s recommendation, 2) offered good price covers every thing included city inspections, 3)not very push and flexible on schedule, 4) their exterior sewer line replacement technology is new and not need to open the ground, so our lawn has minimal impact, 5) lifetime warranty for the work they are doing.

When the project has been done and everything as planned and expected. The whole work has been done within 8 hours and then we got new sewer and copper water lines.

I would highly recommend Chandler plumbing for family which like do the sewer and water lines replacement as we have done.

The crew came on 4th July holiday to replace the non functional water heater. They did good job and the owner was quick to send the invoice and online payment link when we couldn't pay by check. I am sure to get same level of service if any issues come up later.
