Ashburn Location

BFP sent a plumber, Mike, out to replace the entire Sump Pump and fixtures they previously installed. I'm very happy with the service. Mike was a total professional, answering all my questions and getting the job done in stellar fashion.

The new pump is quieter than the one that failed and I don't think I will be having any more sleepless nights during rainy weather.

Plumber came on time and diagnosed the problem right away, we needed our water pressure regulator valve replaced. As fairly new homeowners the price was way more that we thought, but it took 3 hours to replace so I guess it is understandable. The Plumber kept the area clean and explained all he had to do so we knew what to expect. We noticed better shower pressure right away. I would recommend them if you need a plumber

We had an excellent experience with BFP in January. They assessed the problem provided a solution and gave a very good price on replacing our hot water tank. I shopped around and even went to Lowes who told me it was a good price. The technician was clean and precise with his work. You could tell he took pride in a good job. I've used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing many times (simple toilet repairs, replacing a water heater, and most importantly helping me out after my dishwasher got serious leak) and have always been impressed with their efficiency and cleanliness. The plumbers are polite, friendly, and punctual. They will get the job done right the first time, something that can't be said about other plumbers I've used in the past. You really can't go wrong with these guys.

It was easy to set up an appointment and the desk staff was great about contacting me when the part we needed came in. The process of replacing some parts on my washing machine was quite painless on my side, and I think it was reasonably priced. Will definitely call again with any plumbing needs.
