Give them 1 star only because they did fix my girls watch but only after lying about it being at some other repair shop to get fixed. Truth is they misplaced it and strung us along for almost 2 months. But even after all the phone calls that were never returned, and the leading on that it would be ready always next week, the very strange woman that works there would not even give me a receipt showing a supposed 1 year warranty. Awful place. Would strongly advise to stay clear. Plenty of other reputable repair places around. And don't get me started on the rest if the weirdos that worked there. Should be out of business.

Do NOT recommend this jewelry store or their repair services. I dropped a ring off to be re-sized that had an 1800’s shipwreck coin in it. I went to pick it up during their “claimed” normal business hours, I showed up 20minutes before their closing time and the shop was closed and dark. When I picked up my ring the coin in my ring is now completely silver/white and a different color than it was since being original untouched and patina-ed for hundreds of years. One guy told me the heating process for ring resizing changes the color of coins. You’d THINK they would use common sense to realize an ANTIQUE coin should not be heated like this, or at least have this conversation with a customer before performing a service if the service could RUIN part of the item. The guy then offered to PAINT my antique coin brown! PAINT an antique shipwreck coin from the 1800’s. Are you KIDDING me? After all this they still wanted me to pay for a $35 ring resizing after ruining a $250 coin ring. They gave me a 20% discount off $35 after RUINING an antique coin and piece of jewelry of mine. Stay AWAY from this place!

They also bickered with each other in another language loudly amongst themselves in front of me and other customers clearly to speak about something they did not want me to hear. I’m guessing that they completely RUINED my $250 coin ring!
