Nerds On Call is one of the best businesses I would most likely go to if I needed help. The reason as to why I would choose it is because they helped with my laptop screen and also gave me a free trial. I really appreciate how they are super sweet and understanding. This is the second time I contacted Nerds On Call. Today it was to reconnect my Printer because my laptop died and they had to Revive it. I am so lucky to have found them when my PC died. This is the second time I connected up with Nerds.Two different agents listened to my 85 year old confusion and delivered me. Only improvement would be that I called and was told someone would be contacting me, like a prior time I called. But five hours later no one had called me. The next time I called they immediately responded and everything was good. You have a good team.
I called them a third time and added my wife's computer to the program. It was totally confusing since it had never set up correctly. So my professional totally reset my wife's system and gave some advice how to effectively use the programs and then worked on my computer to show me how to use some of the programing that made my work simpler. Great job and attitude.

The NERDS computer assist is the best! I have been a customer for years and they have helped me through so many issues! Being a senior citizen, my tech knowledge is pretty poor, I am sure at times they wonder why my kids even let me own a computer! they are so patient and kind. Worth every dollar!

Informative guys who are super transparent. I got the blue screen of death and to no avail did I find a solution on my own. I took it to nerds on call and they already told me from the start they may not be able to perform anything based on the laptop I had but I told them I didn’t care and wanted to be hopeful. Turns out they were right and they didn’t want to charge so many unnecessary charges and gave me an option to pick up or have them go through the discard recycle process for me. I asked them to recommend something more reliable and they pointed me down the right path. Now I’m up and running with no complaints with the recommendation they had suggested from Costco of all places. Thank you guys.
