Ms. Luna was very unprofessional and didn't understand the breach of conduct sharing information to the wrong client's health provider. Allocating the wrong hours and name to me after I simply pronounced each letter correctly to identify my patient, she still didn't forward me to her supervisor. I work 3 hours each day and you gave me 4 hours and someone's name that doesn't apply to me. I tried to explain but you place me on hold to engage in a conversation saying something, sounding like negra stupida (me) that had nothing to do with missing hours due to a glitch also known as an E-R-R-O-R in the system. That's the reason for me suggesting a random drug test for you.

I have had their service for 4 weeks. All but one nurse have treated me well and with respect once they are in my home.
However I have had to call every day to see if a nurse is coming. Apparently I was never on the schedule.
Finally yesterday a nurse came the best ever. Said she had to readmit me because the admitting nurse had never turned in the paperwork.
I called today and the director of nurses promised me I was on the schedule
Today I get a call from another agency to tell me Star Hime health was discharging me. I said let me contact then to confirm. So I called Star. The DON Stacy was in a meeting and said she would call back well she did call back 5 to tell me they don’t have enough nurses to cover my area and are discharging me tomorrow. Very disorganized company. Like I said, all nurses accept one that I had a problem with at another agency treated me great. I feel I’m more trouble than I am worth to this company. Be careful

HR staff and office manager are very mismanaged and unassure of accounting principles. I never received my direct deposit on the initial pay day, instead, it arrived 5 days later. My bank didn't have a pending transaction because Siblings deposited it in another person's account. Instead of cutting a paper check for me to pick up, on the actual day of pay, the officer manager told me that the bank has to issue the check. Wrong answer! I do not work for them, I work for you for the time being... Therefore, the fifth day, the check was finally deposited after placing a trace on it and investigating. At 10 am, you call me to tell me I can pick up a check after I told you that I had it, then at 5pm, you call back again to demand that I pick it up. I simply told the other lady that's productive and professional, to please shred it. Please be aware of agencies like this one as 2 names are still being used : Siblings and Star Healthcare.
