Marlene and the whole SERVPRO team did an outstanding job implementing the tear-down and dry-out after Hurricane Helena! They were so attentive to our needs and extremely patient! Marlene always made us feel like we were a priority and was very responsive to any communications (as was Adriana, the crew chief). We look forward to continued great service as we move on to the rebuild phase.

We had a main water line break under our slab and flood our house. We have been so happy and so impressed with ServPro of Osceola County. Richard and Austin brought a crew out right away and did the clean up. Super job! They have been fantastic! David, Kenny and Haendel have been packing up our belongings so they can begin to mitigate and rebuild. I can’t believe how careful they are and how well wrapped everything is before it is loaded on their truck. They are amazing! I would use them again anytime but I hope I never have to. I will recommend them to everyone!

Rolando and team from Osceola County was here in Tampa doing job!
They were very helpful.
Did have some questions of how office handles payments during crisis. But the team at house worked very hard and and showed Empathy to my Sister who house in her mind was destroyed.
Both employees that worked for Rolando took time to be personable and one was new to the job!
While everyone knows at a time of disasters in your home it is hard.
They still have more to do but based on the work so far I expect we are on the way to recovery.

Kenny was professional, prompt, courteous & communicated well. I would recommend this specific franchise or location for water cleanup and Kenny specifically.

From the beginning conversation with Morena to the coordinators Maricio and Manuel these people and the rest of the team were outstanding. They drove from Orlando daily kept me in the loop. The whole house was destroyed they were respectful of what was happening. They worked well together and got the job done. You certainly have an expert customer service professional in Morena. She is efficient, made me feel like the only customer, with an exceptional ability to multitask. Thank you Morena!

Helene flooded my entire first floor. Maurcio specifically worked diligently and professionally with his team to remove flooring, carpets, furniture, vanities, built ins and the list goes on. Drywall and sheet rock cut, bagged and by the curb. Everything cleaned up too. His efforts and kindness were outstanding!
