These guys made me wait all day long at my house for them not to show up or call.

I called this company and was told I could get a plumber to come out to my house today - and that a plumber was going to get in contact with me. I waited four hours and got nothing. I called back to figure out what happened - gave them the benefit of the doubt - they said they would put in an urgent message to get back to me. I waited again for two more hours and still no call!

I have close to $10,000 worth of plumbing repairs I need done at my house. I need a new water heater and for it to be brought up to code, I have a main line that needs trenching and repair, I have a water softener and loop that needs to be installed, I got a hose bib that needs to be replaced. I can't even get these guys to call me back!

This company apparently doesn't need your business - so don't give them yours...

There is nothing affordable with this company 139.00 just to come out to my house, and then want 800 to cupple a pipe going to a outside hose bib. Somebody else did it for 200. Still to high but had no water.
Thats one way to make money, charge a high fee so u wont have the job done,and make 139.00 just to go out for a drive.

A guy named Toby came out and took a total of 6 minutes to change out an expansion valve coupler. No leak was present. I asked about military discount and they stated it depends on the cost to repair. This company advertised military discount on website not MILITARY DISCOUNT DEPENDS ON PRICE. Horrible experience with Toby and he stated that if we want to close on house needs to be done by licenced plumber. He charged a total of 386 dollars. I am furious of the dollar amount Over Priced and that they falsely advertise Military Discount and they don't honor it.

They did a great job. Fixed an issue I had with a home project that I thought would be easy but wasn’t. I live in an apartment and they were very discreet so I wouldn’t get in trouble. The only thing is that I didn’t get a receipt I wasn’t home and the hubby didn’t even think to ask for it so I guess shame on him, but the service was great.

Out to get your money. Don’t hire. Got the run around about possible leaks within the house. First time was told there was 2 leaks, second time coming out, was told there was only 1 leak now. Paid for a pin point test that normally takes 1-2 hours. Guy was here for 15 minutes and wrapped up the work and charged $640 to leave without giving us a pin point or what we paid for. I have cameras around my house that also show all the proof and actions that were taken during this service call. Called other plumbing companies to get told we got ripped off by AAA “affordable” plumbing. Got told by other honest plumbers that a pin point test includes several things this guy didn’t do whatsoever. By law, when you pay for this kind of test, your plumber leaves your house with telling you exactly where the problem lies, however this plumber didn’t do any of that even with coming out twice. When asking him what all intels during a pin point test, he didn’t answer and found several ways to circle around the question. Horrible business and experience. Not affordable like their name says. Don’t be like me and get juiced for your hard working money. Other plumbers like Longorias or 210 will do the same type of test for free and actually tell you exactly where the problem is and SHOW YOU before leaving. The experience is bad enough to mention the name of the individual who came out but would hope nobody ever hires them. This kind of company needs to be reported to the BBB for all they’ve taken advantage of us.

We have a leaking faucet in our bath tub. The faucet part is called a mix it. My husband attempted to fix it himself but was not able to get the part back on. Not being able to get the part back on kept the water flowing out so we had to turn off the water and now we have none. I called this company today and explained what was going on,I was asked if it was an emergency and said yes because no we have no water and no shower. The first time I called I was transferred over to speak to someone and explained my situation and was told they would call me back. Two hours still no return call and I call back. Answering service says they will relay message. It's now 11:56 pm and I have not heard from anyone yet. They may claim to be affordable but they are definitely unreliable
