I just picked up my Ferrari from Ace and the service and speed was perfect. I ordered a special set of Michelin tires last week from them and they got them in within a couple days. I dropped my car off this morning at 11AM and got the car back after a couple hours! 4 new tires and alignment done! Will be back soon once I burn through this set

It doesn't matter if you bring in your $100 car or your $100,000 car, Ace gives you the same honest service and guaranteed workmanship. As an example, they installed new shocks and struts on my Acura and one front strut squeeked afterward, They found that the strut bracket was cracked, so they not only replaced the bracket, but installed a new strut and gave it a new wheel alignment FOR NO EXTRA COST. Anything they provide is always warrantied and, if necessary, fixed with a smile. Thank you Ace Auto Repair!!!!!

Avoid it. Replaced my alternator and left the belt misaligned. They assume one has a personal chofer and much free time on hand. To fix it, the response was “just come by tomorrow” to a wait of 4 hours. In short, was driving risking belt snapping and have to spend several business hours to get it fixed. Do the math. A well done job would not had incurred so much loss

Update: The issue was resolved sooner than estimated. Although counseled to keep the existing belt because of no visible tear, decided to get a new one nonetheless - no more surprises

Acdelco waterpump went bad after just one year and Ace replaced it for free. I have been going here for 20 years. Never disappointed.
