I have been used Aire Serv for years. They have always been reliable, professional, and personable. Casey was the technician who came last time. Very knowledgeable. Any time that I have an issue or problem Kelsie, Jenna, or Emmy have been responded promptly. And they follow up after each visit. Great service!

Tanner came to our home and answered all our questions so we understood exactly what was needed for our home. We scheduled for a whole new hvac system as we were long over due. The install team, Mike, Caleb, Steven and Tony showed up on time and got right work on installation day. Mike stayed in communication with me the entire time letting me know what was happening and what to expect. They had us up and running in no time and no mess left behind. From beginning to end, everyone involved was extremely professional. Highly recommend Aire Serv for all your hvac needs.

I wanted my air ducts cleaned, so I booked an appointment for an estimate. Tanner arrived, and he was friendly and professional the entire estimate. He was also thorough. Tanner told me I don't need to get the ducts cleaned, but he informed me of some things that may not be up to code and should be addressed by my builder's warranty (new home). He said his company could do the work, but he doesn't want me to have to pay for something that should still be covered by the new home warranty. Sure enough, the things he mentioned are in the inspection report from the closing process, and the builder had not addressed those items. I have full confidence that this company and Tanner are trustworthy and do high quality work. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

Mark came to the house when we noticed our A/C wasn’t blowing cold. He diagnosed the issue, communicated the plan for repair, went to the warehouse, and got everything fixed, all after business hours. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Aire Serv of Central Texas to anyone in need of A/C repair or maintenance. They were nothing but professional.

Aire Sev was very friendly and quick to solve my air conditioning needs on a weekend. I like that they sent me a photo of the serviceman before he arrived. He listened to me and explained things thoroughly. I will be using Aire Serv again when the need arises in the future.

Marc has been professional, courteous, and quick with his assessment of our air conditioning system. The prices were reasonable, and we were able to get the system up and running. Thanks for the quick response time and getting someone out first thing in the morning.
