The technician showed up exactly when they said they would. He seemed very knowledgeable, he diagnosed the issue immediately and went to work fixing it. When he was done with that he topped off the coolant and cleaned the outside unit.

I had Air Serv do my annual check up today. Everything was just fine. Their tech (Ben) was so nice. Ben even installed a new system filter, which is something no other company has done for me before. I would recommend Air Serv of Smith County to anyone.

Had great service from Aire Serv. Called in my service request to Monica and Cody was my technician who showed up within the hour onsite. They did an awesome Job. thanks
