They let us know when they were on their way and about how long until they arrived. They were courteous and professional. I could not have better service. I have had them for years. There have been times when they went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of.

Extremely happy with Ben at Aire Serv. From making the appointment to getting my A/C serviced they were fantastic.

Called one company that quoted me over $3000 to fix the problem. Called Aire Serv for a second opinion and got it fixed for around $300. Will give them a call next time for sure.

The technician showed up exactly when they said they would. He seemed very knowledgeable, he diagnosed the issue immediately and went to work fixing it. When he was done with that he topped off the coolant and cleaned the outside unit.

I had Air Serv do my annual check up today. Everything was just fine. Their tech (Ben) was so nice. Ben even installed a new system filter, which is something no other company has done for me before. I would recommend Air Serv of Smith County to anyone.
