Had a lot of work done under the house to replace old cast iron pipes and a new sewer line installed. This team did a great job! They communicated well, did all the work on time as described, and all is working well. They are not cheap, but when considering they did everything they said they would, when they said they would, I think this was a great experience with everything done right. I am happy with the results. I would recommend this team for sure and will call them for any issues I may have in the future.

Nick came out for the issues of our initial call and was amazing. He took the time to listen to what was going on now as well as the years of past experiences. He did his inspection and thoroughly explained and showed us via camera what our problem really was. Although the problem wasn’t what we wanted to hear, the 3 day job went smoothly. Everything that they said would happen did, in a timely manner and I was communicated with each day. The crew was professional and courteous.

We had a failed main PRV (stuck open) putting ~100 PSI into our home plumbing. After describing the issue and sending pics, Danny made a timely and accurate diagnosis of what was happening and gave us a competitive quote for replacing the PRV (prior plumber had not installed one w. double union fittings), replacing existing failing shutoff valve, doing minor hose/valve maintenance for our water heater, and adding a needed expansion tank. The next business day Pablo came out and did a great job replacing the failing components, installing the expansion, adjusting the pressure, and flushing the heater. At each stage Pablo clearly explained everything he was doing and what to watch for regarding future overpressure. Both Danny and Pablo were extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Based on this experience I would highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing.

November 2023, Edgar came early in the morning that is good so we don’t have to wait all day as the window they gave us. We have two toilets with problems, he changed the flapper and the filler on both, it costs over $800 is quite expensive but it is working properly now. Thanks Edgar !

April 2024, one of the toilet start making flashing sound every 20 minutes , call the company , they responded quickly and came to fix the problem without charges since it’s under warranty .
