We had the pleasure of having Greg come to our home today to do some work for our property management company. I must say that he was such a breath of fresh air. From the moment he arrived the professionalism was on point. The level of care and attention to detail he took in wrapping our kitchen and protecting our things from damage to stopping mid cutting and coming to evaluate another part of my home when I heard water dripping. He was real, transparent, honest, and very forthcoming with respect to his findings, process of fixing the issue, and next steps. He was down to earth conversational. And overall incredibly warm and personable. We have kept his business card and in the event we ever have to have Charlotte Plumbing come back out we will request him to do our work. We have had such horrible experiences with vendors so he has definitely set the bar high for future vendors contracted with invitation homes.

Josh is amazing! For the past two visits he has been awesome. Not only is he on time and and works hard, he is makes sure if there is anything we need to do on our end to make sure that it is less likely to happen again, and to add is very kind.
