I had a great experience with two zoom lenses being repaired. They were efficient, communicative, and fixed the lenses so I can still use both! I appreciate this service so much. Both were tucked inside a box with tons of material to keep them safe upon return, even adding bubble wrap inside the cases I sent the lenses in. Thanks for taking such good care of these tools. 🙂

I didn’t get anything repaired but I called beforehand about my canon camera to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately, my camera is pretty old so the part needed to repair it is no longer available. I really appreciate their honesty about not being able to fix it, says a lot about their integrity!

I have been using them for over 8 years and they have ALWAYS been there when i needed them most! I have some 8000.00 lenses that are vintage and needed "no longer manufactured" mounts to keep them operational...and I could only find them here.

PhotoTech repaired my Sony 70-400mm after a serious AF issue has developed. A few days after the first repair something went wrong and PhotoTech stood by their word and supported their work. It may have taken two shots to get my lens back in order but the staff was understanding and easy to talk to. When I took it home for the second time.it was operating like it was new in box. I would recommend anybody to this business.

Back in October, i had damaged my L series 24-105mm, I found this place online and the reviews were good. i went there, they told me what was wrong and fixed at a good price. Shortly after i purchased a 28-70mm 2.8 L from this place and the lens was in excellent condition and works lovely! Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Second time using Chrysler Camera repair. 1st time e the fixed my 100-400mm lens and did great job. This time my Eos 1Dx just went completely dead. Main Board replaced and camera is working perfectly now. Fast service, quality work.

I had my Nikon D810 cleaned at B&H's OPTIC conference, where Photo Tech's guys were on site doing discounted sensor cleanings. I was already overdue for a cleaning and having dealt with these guys a few times already I figured $40 was a steal compared to the usual $75 to clean an FX sensor.

Wrong. Got the camera back, didn't have a reason to check it before leaving the conference and wasn't able to shoot it for 10 days, only to find dust and spots on the sensor that were appearing in my images despite the camera sitting in my bag, at home, with the body cap on, for nearly two weeks.

Long story short, exchanged a few emails with the guys at Photo Tech and not only got my sensor re-cleaned on the arm, but was also refunded the amount I paid at OPTIC. I can't complain about that, maybe the guy doing cleanings at the conference was overwhelmed by all the gear he had to clean in such a short time. What matters is Photo Tech made it right and then some.

The same body needs a top cover replacement and I know where I'll be taking it.
