Beautiful and easy-to-navigate remodel, I’m hoping the other stores in the area follow suit. The selection is standard for pretty much any Coborn’s or Cash Wise, but being those are excellent, that’s just fine.

I also really appreciate the upscale Four Brothers store brand that they’ve introduced recently, I’d recommend checking out those options when they’re available.

My one complaint is that the sushi here is not nearly as well made as the sushi at other locations, but everything else lives up to expectations.

The prices here are ridiculously high. They were high before inflation. The store is kind of dirty. Especially the bathrooms. There is no toilet paper in the bathroom. It seems like cleanliness/customer service is not something this store has as a priority, as it should be one.

Clean store. Has the usual Coborns items. You can tell it’s quite popular because when I was scheduling a grocery delivery to my aunt’s, delivery dates were a week out. They have since switched to a different delivery service and I haven’t needed to schedule more deliveries.

Marie in the floral dept at the Pinecone Coborns location whipped together this beautiful bouquet for me on very short notice on her very busy Friday. She was professional, friendly, and creative. I was grateful for her expertise and willingness to help me on such a tight schedule.

I so wanted to give this place a 5 however they were out of stock of formula and had no clue when they would be restocked. They had a poor selection of single avocados. They all were ready to be eaten tonight. Lastly was the poor service from the African American cashier Nicole. She acted as if she was a deer in headlights and the cat had her tongue when I greeted her. It was like it hurt her to speak but when a white customer appeared her demeanor changed to pleasant and she opened her mouth to speak to them. It’s 2023 sis. You don’t have to be a token. Just be nice to all your customers whether they look like you or not.

Nice newer store. My only complaint is that they advertise sale prices in-store for things that are not actually on sale. Their excuse is always "you have to be a More Rewards member" and then I'd tell them I am and they'd be like "oh it must be listed on sale by mistake" and then they'd refund my money. They always stated they would notify the manager but then I'd come back about a week later and buy the same thing to see if they fixed it but it never was. This happened multiple times over many months and it was often items in frozen foods for whatever reason. The manager is obviously behind ripping people off or totally incompetent. I stopped going here. Nobody wants to support con artists.
