I've hosted a VPS server with them for over 10 years. Support has been above average. Performance, speed, and stability has been excellent. It's possible email may not work as some blacklist servers list their entire IPv4 range. That's probably the only major fault. So as long as email is not a huge thing for you, they're fantastic!

Stay away from this company. I own an international hosting company that uses multiple locations in the USA and Europe, By far this was the worst service that I had. Slow uplinks, threatening sales and tech support with a very low knowledge. I had to move out but paid an unused months fee with a nonsense de-racking fee and received back my server with broken. I also believe that the positive reviews are made by close friends or employees, not the real customers. Be aware! The only positive for this place is they are real and they serve. Yes there's a data center.

I bought a vps with them and the backup system didn't work. Tech support has been totally unresponsive and I cancelled service right away.

I leased a Dedicated server from ColoCrossing and have had zero issues with them or their network. We have had 100% uptime and the pricing is amazing. If you get a chance you should give them a try.

The company I work with has been a customer of ColoCrossing for several years and over the years, I've had the opportunity to interact with the ColoCrossing support staff for any of our needs, and they have always been responsive no matter the time of the day. Each of our support tickets have always been answered professionally and promptly within minutes. All the staff are attentive, friendly and quickly grasp your needs/requirements. ColoCrossing is flexible and able to come up with solutions that fit our needs, whether that be from the sales side, technical side, or both. They also have numerous datacenter locations, and over the years the company I work with has expanded to all of their available datacenter locations. Latency matters - so having the ability to deploy throughout multiple locations is a big plus for business expansion. If you or your business is looking for a new colocation or datacenter partner, I would highly recommend considering ColoCrossing!
