Coral Gables Plumbing presents itself as professional, responsive and competent to justify their incredibly high rates. However, in my personal experience, they failed to account for their mistakes, when presented with clear factual evidence. They are incredibly arrogant and their customer service is dismissive. I will never work with this company ever again.

To address the response below, I want to state to Mr. Swanson the fact that the countertop provided was not defective, the installation was. In addition, your plumber broke the top of a toilet accidentally and took no accountability. Your employee in the showroom referred to me disrespectfully last week when I picked up specially ordered parts. We have paid the full amount of every invoice on a timely basis, including the new toilet cover and extras. I have asked you to reach out to me to discuss but you do not seem to have any desire to do so. Instead, there are "fake accounts" posting good reviews. Again, feel free to reach out directly to me and discuss any of the above. Thank you.

This is the second time we’ve used Coral Gables Plumbing for our bathroom renovations! From the initial conversations, we were made to feel that our vision can easily be achieved. They took the time to provide a very detailed quote with no surprises. They were always accessible, which was very helpful for This anxious homeowner. They were always very punctual, and I was very impressed on how neat they left My Home each day.
I have and will strongly recommend them to anyone looking to do a home renovation.

Dalessio was fantastic and had great customer service throughout the entire process. I was in the search for a new toilet and he helped me and had patience with all of my questions about the Toto toilet. He is extremely attentive and helpful I highly recommend and appreciate his work. When you go here ask for Dalessio!! He’s the best
