I contacted Derby Overhead in the morning and my garage door was fixed that afternoon. I was given dates & times that fit with my schedule. Both gentleman who came out were extremely nice & very professional.
Excellent customer service! Hopefully not needed for quite some time, but i will use Derby Overhead should the need arise again.

I wish there were a 6 star option. From the first initial visit with Donnie to the tech coming over to measure I was very impressed! Debbie kept me informed of everything during the whole process! The craftsmanship was barnone!! I am very pleased and would highly recommend Derby Overhead to everyone!!!!!

Can't say enough about how polite and helpful these people are. I had an issue around 4pm one day and had guys out the next day for about an hour and completely took care of everything. They even came in well under the estimate so I'm very happy all the way around!

The people here are awesome. I had 2 of the 4 ports (the ones for the garage door safety sensors), go out on an 09 garage door motor. This is a very rare occurrence. When I explained what was going on Tim had never heard of it before. He drove out to my house on his break, free of charge, to confirm that what I thought was wrong with the chip was actually wrong with it. This took place on a Thursday. Tim immediately went back to derby overhead, searched up the part I needed, ordered it and had it for me on the following Tuesday. This is a great place to go for all garage door needs or accessories!
