I had an amazing experience at this repair shop. I brought in two Apple devices in terrible condition. I had shown them to two other places, both of which gave me super expensive estimates and suggested that I not even bother fixing them. However, the staff here professionally explained everything and managed to fix both my phone and AirPods, making them look brand new with perfect quality. I highly recommend this place…they should call it a magic shop!

I couldn’t be more happy with Express Mobile Repairs in Folsom! My daughter left her cell phone on the floor in her high school weights class and the outcome was disastrous. I called Express Mobile Repairs and they were able to fix the screen immediately at a very fair price (I compared with other quotes in the surrounding area). It was estimated 30 minutes for the repair, but it only took them 10 minutes! I highly recommend this business for your technology repairs. We really appreciated Mehdi‘s customer service!

Had a laptop lid issue particularly around the hinge area and we were worried that the display panel was going to be damaged if it's not fixed immediately. Found EM Repair close to our home and was happy that Mehdi who was at the front desk was super responsive and placed the order for a replacement part immediately. Part arrived in a few days and Mehdi was able to replace it without damaging the panel / touchscreen area all for a nominal price and speedy service. Would gladly recommend EM Repair for any laptop servicing in the Folsom area!

Kind of embarrassed to admit but our family has come in with at least dozen broken laptops and phones to fix screens, battery issues and all kinds of things. Every single time we have been receipt of the best service and competitive pricing. Mehdi is very communicative with keeping us up-to-date on how the repairs are going. My laptop computer needed a screen/hinge repair. I use the computer for my business and couldn’t operate without it for any length of time. They ordered the part and I continued to use my laptop until the part arrived. Then I dropped my computer off in the evening and it was ready the following day by noon.
