I was really surprised that Fontana water company is very efficient to do their job. At that day, a very serious pipeline leaking in my front yard , and I was very nervous . In a short time after I called Fontana water company, two workers have arrived to my house. One was Chase, and others named Sebastian, they stepped in right away and helped us to solved our problem . I am grateful for their working attitude , at the same time I felt relieved . I am happy we have a responsible , and trustable Fontana water company ,

Fontana water cut our water with out any notice. Contacted them and told them we mailed the check over 20 days ago, they stated they never received the check and I have to pay online. After I paid the full amount we did not have water for hours before reconnection and they cashed my check the same day,

I moved into my Newly purchased home just to find out the had shut off the water. No other utility company does this. Most companies leave utilities on for new owners. Call to turn on my service but just my luck they don’t work on certain Fridays so I had to wait until Monday to get my water turned on. Very inconvenient and not up to date with Technology.

Good afternoon, I would like to give a great big S/O to Fontana Water Company. Here's why: during the pandemic I was laid off, it took forever to receive unemployment. My bill at the Water company was collecting my account was pass due. The company created me another account, and for all the customers a payment arrangement to pay off my past due bill. I'm forever grateful Prior to the pandemic the customer service has always been great and I lived in Fontana for 19 years.I have a couple of more payments and I'm done. This morning I called for and extension and it was granted by Dina, she was very professional and polite. Thank you again Fontana Water Company you're greatly appreciated!!!!!

Fontana water company disconnected water service without any notice , asked to them to reconnect it took them 3 days
And called them several time to send some one they keep saying some one will be there shortly
Their system so behind no technology ,

Rude employees!! They send me a shut off notice every month because they have their records wrong. I verified this with my bank and for the last 7 months I have paid my bill BEFORE it was due. Today I received a shut off notice stating that I didn’t make January’s payment. I verified with my bank that my payment was made and I called the water company to verify. They also agreed that my payment was made early and received so I asked why they are still sending me notices saying my bill is late and going to be shut off? They proceeded to say that I need to still make February’s payment and that it’s late. It’s March 1st! How am I supposed to make February payment without a bill that hasn’t even been sent out yet. And then I pointed out that the specific notice threatening to shut off my water they sent me was for service from 1/3/2023- 2/1/2023 which she verified they did receive the payment. So why and I getting a shut off notice for non payment of 1/3/2023- 2/1/2023 when payment was made on Feb 6th? Get it together FONTANA WATER COMPANY and check on your billing dept. they are not ok, someone is sending out the wrong format in billing.

I got very lucky today. Diana helped me and she looked over my bill and my payment arrangement and I had paid half of it but she told me I had a little bit more time and gave me all the information. She was extremely friendly. she was able to work with me.
