A huge "thank you" to Nikki Webb. She supported us through a window replacement under warranty. Of note is that GR Mitchell really had nothing to gain from our business (I wasn't paying anything), however, I was treated really well. Nikki was very quick to help over the phone and via email. I had some "newbie" questions which she answered warmly and thoroughly. She is a real asset to the company!

I had an equally great experience from the employee in the warehouse that loaded the window sash.
