Very Professional. Service Tech arrived on time. I explained the issue. He went right to work and preformed the diagnostic test. Upon completion of diagnostic test, the service tech provided different options, of which helped me. Washer is working. Thank you

Replaced a moti in my refrigerator that was not the brand of the refrigerator. Burned out a month later. Warranty work for only 30 days. Don't use them.

I called Magic Master Appliance Repair the other day and I was hesitant at first to try them out to fix our Whirlpool washer that got over filled and broke. After speaking with rep he offered a great deal I couldn't resist. He came on time to fix it and he knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed my washer pretty quick. Overall I'm happy I called them. They had the quickest and friendliest service with affordable price to top it off.
