I got in touch with Clarence when we moved into our new house, needing a backup sump pump installation. Both Clarence and his assistant Lucas did a tremendous job, not only with the installation but also correcting issues from the previous setup. They discovered an overlooked problem next to our house where a prior owner had incorrectly routed the drains. They later returned to install a new drain that connected to our backyard, thoroughly cleaned all the drain pipe on the property, and integrated the sump pump. Since that time, I've reached out to them twice, once for a hot water tank installation and another time to fix the shower faucet. I can't recommend Clarence enough, he really takes his work seriously and doesn't take shortcuts. Update after five years since the initial visit: I need to express my profound gratitude to Clarence. When we first moved in, the original sump was connected to the sanitary line. He redirected it, and now the sump is pumped to the gutter drains, and all gutters are drained to the rear of our property. Despite the torrential rainfall we've been experiencing, our basement remains dry. I've heard of many folks in the area having their sump connected to the city lines, and with the city lines full, the water is backing up. Here's to many more years of excellent service, Clarence.

Clarence and Lucas arrived exactly when they said they would and efficiently completed the plumbing job in under an hour. I had been worried that they might need to cut into the cabinet, but instead, they skillfully drilled three holes large enough for the pipe to pass through to the other side, where it connected to the water supply for the refrigerator. They identified a leak in the copper pipe and promptly replaced it. While I initially thought the cost of the repair was a bit steep, I realized that they responded swiftly to an urgent situation and completed the job in a thoughtful manner without damaging the cabinets, as I had feared. Plus, they went the extra mile by arranging for someone to check for potential water damage - a service they provided at no additional cost. This took place in Roosevelt, and overall, I was quite pleased with their service.
