Juan did an excellent job getting my hot water up and running. He gave pricing from their chart so there was confidence in the quote. He was prompt, explained my options, and solved my problem. He communicated clearly and was professional. The whole process with Mike Council plumbing was smooth, great customer service, and prompt. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for my plumbing needs.

Our experience with Mike Council Plumbing was extraordinary. Each of the servicemen were polite, kind, neat and courteous. They communicated effectively and ensured that we understood exactly what work was going to be done and when. We were given plenty of notice when a room would be out of commission and told when we could expect it to be back online. They scheduled inspections and facilitated them with the city. We would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Overall a very good experience. Everyone we’ve dealt with from management to the work crew have been very professional. Early on in the process my husband had a medical emergency and the were very understanding of our rescheduling interruption. I would recommend Mike Council very highly!! Quality work, respect of property and my husband and myself.

I've been using Mike Counsil for years. They are reliable, competent and trustworthy. I have had them work on a variety of different plumbing needs. They have fixed the hot water heater, circulation. pumps, basement sump pump, the sewage ejector tanks, as well as small leaks, running toilets etc. Once, we were out of town and the person staying at our home notice a spigot that was broken outside of our home. I immediately called Mike Counsil and they had a plumber out there within the hour. I have been nothing but happy with their service and followup. They even addressed repairs on items that were just past the warranty period. I recommend them without hesitation. You may pay a bit more for them but it's worth the peace of mind and the satisfaction you receive. Pablo, Carlos, Besmer are all awesome plumbers and great guys. Their field supervisor, Gary is a very knowledgeable as master plumber. Call these guys up. you won't regret it.

This was a huge project requiring installation of all new water, gas and sewer lines. Without exception, every Counsil employee involved, Juan, James, Niro, Robert and Will were among the most skilled, professional and courteous contractors I've ever experienced. And incredibly, they seemed to have a keen awareness of household disruption their presence caused, and did everything they could to minimize their effects. Their work was excellent plus they handled all the permits and inspections. My experience was 100% positive and I would recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing without reservation.
