Mr. J. Wright was amazing to work with. He came to help with a plumbing issue in our toilet. He explained the process, costing, and found the root cause of the issue. He cleaned up after the work, and was very professional. Definitely recommend.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of North America came and changed water pipes in my home and break the wall and ceiling for this. Not only I never received a receipt for payment for the work, but three weeks since they collected the payment they have not cared to come fix the dry wall and ceiling they destroyed in my home.
I called them with a quote from a handyman, but they refused to pay for the work through me as they want the handyman contact them directly.
You hire them to do work in your house at your own risk.

Excellent service! Jerson Lopez provided me an estimate on Friday afternoon and was able to return the following day to completed the install. He was very detailed! There was a small issue and he was determined to get it solved before the day was over!

When my family’s hot water heater suddenly STOPPED working I knew it was not going to be A cheap or painless job, I k ew A headache was coming. We called Mr. Rooter of northern Virgina and they sent out Willie Lopez with another plumber. Both were friendly and listened to my concerns and worked with us to get the job done fast and as painless as they could. It was even cheaper than some of the other big names we called! I will definitely call them again for plumbing problems. And I highly recommend Willie and Mr rooter plumbing to anyone with plumbing problems! Oh…. And Paula on the phones is so sweet and kind, I know she worked really hard to make sure the scheduling went smooth! Thanks again Willie and Paula!
