I recently had Paul come out to fix my fridge and refrigerator, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service! Paul was incredibly kind and took the time to ensure he was doing the right job. He kept me informed about when the part would arrive and set realistic expectations from the start, which I really appreciated. His customer service was top-notch, and I felt completely confident in his work. I’ll definitely be using him again in the future, and his magnet is proudly staying on my fridge! Highly recommend!

I recently had an exceptional experience with Patriot Appliance & Air Conditioning Repair Service. Paul arrived within an hour of my request, and despite the scorching over 100F heat outside, he did his best to get my AC running again. My unit is older, but Paul was able to figure out a custom solution for it and consulted me on all my options. I highly recommend Patriot for your AC needs. Paul was great! The thermostat went out in my hm and I reached out for service. He assessed my problem that evening and developed a plan to get me back up and running. He was very responsive and explained everything step by step. I ended up letting him replace my 11 year old unit and am very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship displayed while at my hm. I would give Patriot Appliance and Air Conditioning Repair Services 10 stars if they were available. The professionalism, care, service and overall kindness cannot be beat. It was 100 degrees when my AC died and Paul was there that afternoon to go over my options. Although I needed a new system, they installed the system the next day. Special care was taken with my property, the install was flawless and within 20 minutes of completion I could feel relief in my house. I would recommend Patriot to anyone and am blessed to have had the company referred to me. Fair and reasonable prices, prompt service, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and a life saver.

Amazing service. Paul (the owner) came out late at night for emergency work without charging an extra fee. He was there within a couple of hours of calling when others wouldn't come out until Monday. It was Saturday night. He is incredibly professional, incredibly fast, and full of incredible stories. This was the best contractor experience I've ever had. I could not be happier with the service and I will never go to anyone else for this work.

Paul is absolutely AMAZING! My AC went out on a Friday in the middle of the day & several places I spoke with couldn’t get anyone out because, “Friday is our busiest day.”
When I called & spoke with Paul at Patriot, he never told me what he couldn’t do, only what he could. He came to my house the same afternoon, diagnosed AND fixed the problem (bad capacitor) in no time!
Paul is very personable, kind, knowledgeable and genuinely cared. He knew I was laid up with a herniated disc; once he was paid he told me I needed to go lay down and get healthy! (He didn’t have to say anything, he’d already been paid, so I knew it was genuine.)
From my initial call to a working AC System was 73 minutes; now THAT is a record for a home repair in my experience!!! I feel bad for those who accepted the others’ wait until next week, they should have called Patriot Repair.
I’ll never call anyone else again for any repairs Paul can do!!
