We are very satisfied on the work done by Bruce on our 2 bathtub faucet spout. It was done quickly, very clean and with a reasonable price. Plumbtree will be our official plumber for future needs. On Sunday, my toilet and shower backed up. I received a two hour window for a response. Anthony arrived outside the window, however he provided an explanation for the delay. Stuff happens. He was polite and professional. He resolved the issue. So far, so good. I would definitely call upon Plumbtree again if/when a plumbing issue arises.

Mario was very professional and provided great service for our drain clog. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and detailed, and the work was completed quickly. While fixing our clog, he also identified a separate issue we weren't aware of, and provided a couple of different options for how to address it. We appreciated the thoroughness and willingness to provide reasonable options depending on our needs. I've already recommended Plumbtree to some friends, based on the team's great service!

I recently had issues with my toilet and tub. After a disappointing encounter with a different plumber, I called Plumbtree, and I’m so glad I did. Bruce showed up with shoe coverings and a positive attitude. He thoroughly checked everything and answered all my questions. Unlike the other plumber who suggested over $700 of work, Bruce said that everything was working properly, and that no repairs were needed. I had a soft clog in my toilet that had fixed itself on its own. As for my tub, Bruce said that I could replace the sticky spout, but that was more a matter of personal preference rather than something that had to be fixed. His honesty really won me over. He was not trying to pad my invoice with unnecessary work. Plumbtree will be on speed dial if I ever have plumbing issues again.

So happy with this company. We had toilets backing up on Sunday, I called another business and they could not get out until Wednesday, so I asked who they would recommend, and they said Plum Tree Plumbing. I called, and was told they could get someone out between 3-5pm! Loved the email and text message updates. I received a call that technician had finished other job early, so could be at our house around 2:15pm. Anthony was very thorough, explained what he needed to do, and prepared a quote. He had the plugged drain cleared in about 1/2 hour. And to top it off the cost was very reasonable. Will absolutely call Plum Tree, next time we need plumbing work
