Having stayed at this hotel on many previous occasions we expected to be able to have a quiet drink in the bar before retiring to our room. There are renovations taking place at the hotel and we knew there were restrictions on the opening times at the bar. We were staying there on a Friday night to visit family and looked forward to a relaxing drink , returning to the hotel at 9:30pm. Unfortunately, the doors to the bar were locked, despite a notice on the door saying it was open until 10:30pm on a Friday evening.||Everything else in the hotel was as we expected - clean, comfortable room with a lovely hot shower and friendly, helpful reception staff to check us in.

Standard Premier Inn as in it’s well passed needing a lick of paint and a new carpet. But it’s got very good and friendly staff, plenty of free parking and it’s really quiet. No air conditioning so it’ll be hot in the summer. The food in the adjacent pub is just ok. The lady running breakfast seemed to be alone but doing a fantastic job.

Being coming here for years, sad to say it needs a revamp, stayed 4 nights to see friends and do a bit of Christmas shopping in Glasgow. Room was had stained walls, basic pillows and curtain is hanging off. Jumped on chair to fix it but kept falling off as attachment is broken. As your driving up to Hotel books unkempt and dirty you can see we're people have throw rubbish out of there windows. We weren't in the hotel much so it was basically somewhere to sleep, bathroom needs painting as again stained. Overall hygiene, room was clean and functional. Stayed at Newton Mearns last time and was miles apart in how it looked as that was fresh and extremely clean. Was informed on the website that the restaurant was being refurbished, however offered menus etc on arrival at hotel, then was informed by locals that it's not open to the public but hotel guests can eat there. It was completely empty when we looked to possibly having some dinner so decided not to dine there. Staff as always are lovely but never at reception. Unless they give it a makeover don't think I'd stay here through choice again but maybe necessity.

Plenty of parking for vans and was greeted by foxes! Super brave and it’s because the hotel staff feed them. Evening meal was good and the restaurant is only open for hotel guests. However, Breakfast was the worst ever and got refunded. Stayed for 5x nights and the first day was a long wait for it to come and was ok. Second day the fried eggs were hard and the bacon looked like it had plastic cross pattern all over it so no idea how they cooked it. Third day the bacon wasn’t cooked properly and the fourth day the sausages weren’t cooked at all and I asked for poached eggs as the eggs had been terrible and the chef said he couldn’t do poached eggs. Absolutely awful and turns out we weren’t the only ones to complain. But I do want to say a special mention to one of the best members of staff I’ve ever met at a reception for Premier Inn, Gavin, bloody amazing!! Very welcoming, went above and beyond, courteous, friendly and just a super star staff member. A role model to any member of Premier Inn staff.

2. Fomos muito bem atendidos na presente data pela funcionária Lília, que nos apresentou atentamente o restaurante e o que estava disponível para o café da manhã.
3. Escolhemos o café da manhã continental e havia uma boa variedade de sumos, pães, geleias, nutela, iogurtes e cereais. O cappuccino estava delicioso.

Good location near to the EK centre (which despite being largely run down does offer a few bars and restaurants). Rooms are VERY basic even by PI standards. In desperate need of an update. My room had a malfunctioning bathroom air con unit so I was shown how to lift a tile to turn this on/off at the mains switch (how about you just get it fixed and remove the room from use till then). Also stayed for 6 nights and the room wasn't serviced, I was told this would be the case, and only one set of towels provided in the room. I could ask for a fresh set but for someone who often showers twice a day, the usual two sets as a standard comes in useful. The restaurant is open limited days and for hotel guests only (clearly struggling) and had many items out of stock. A evident smell coming from the corridor and bathroom in the room (couldn't quite pinpoint it but potentially a mould smell).

Friendly staff rooms were clean, breakfast was nice. Only slight issues were noise from around 2-3 in the morning outside (not the hotels fault) and the WiFi was constantly dropping in and out making work difficult on the laptop.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Does what premier inn does best.|Staff could not be more helpful. And can’t praise them enough. Friendly and chatty and helps take off the lonely edge when working away from home.|Love the big premier inn beds and a highlight of my stay
