I have been with this company for over 40 years
Have only two mistakes. Both times were date of taxes to be done. Both errors made by company. However the first was forgiven and new date made with Roland. This year 2023 taxes were supposed to be done on Friday 8 of match. Thru a mistake on date I called to ask why no one came. Called and was told lady came to our house and knocked the day before date zzI had written on my calender.I always write date on calender because I am over 80 and do not like to make mistakes. I always repeat back people I talk to so there would be no error. , 40 YEARS and absolutely noway they could find a new date. I cannot believe the treatment so my review is only a onrstsr and will never recommend this co again.

I believe this company changed owners in 2014… – They helped to complete my small business and personal 2014 taxes with ease! My own small business records were in shambles but Annette M. with Pro-Tax surprisingly sorted through everything and filed for an accurate return without my involvement! Nice/Easy/Accurate!

I believe this business has recently changed owners. The man that answers the phones (Lowel) who I believe is one of the new owners is so unprofessional and rude we will not be returning to them after using our tax guy from here for over 25 years. I had called to inquire about when we would receive our tax papers and this man yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me. As much as we like our tax guy we will not support a business that treats their customers like this.

Would definitely not recommend this place anymore after 15 years of them doing my taxes very rude on the phone and when asked if they could email my tax returns from last year wanted to charge me 60.00 dollars to email them to me.
