When it comes to the company, let me start by saying that Brady the plumber and Soni, who represents the company, are absolutely fantastic. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a plumbing crisis in my home, but Brady and Soni were there to save the day. They not only fixed the issue promptly but also went above and beyond to ensure that my home was taken care of during the entire process. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident in every step, and I felt relieved knowing that my home was in capable hands. I can't thank them enough for their exceptional service and genuine care during a stressful time. Thank God for good plumbers, now I can fix the drywall this crazy leak caused.

I called Pro-Tex at 7:30 am and they were able to work us into their tight schedule the same day! They performed a detailed inspection and found no leaks! Needed outdoor shower fixture cartridge replaced. Tech replaced cartridge but incorrectly set up single turning knob to only be able to put out full hot or full cold water. Called to get this corrected. Will take a week to get someone out to correct their error. Unacceptable
A week later, new tech, Brady Lee, came out. Quickly corrected the error and did an excellent job. Quick and efficient and courteous. Much better result than first tech. Brady would get 5 stars.

This company is very responsive and friendly. The two technicians who diagnosed and then replaced our water heater (10+) years old had us up and running quickly. They are polite, neat on the job site, and know their business extremely well. Would highly recommend.

These guys really came through for me..my hot water heater had started leaking & needed to be replaced. Kris came out the same day & gave me several options. Brianna in scheduling went the extra mile to make it possible for installation the next day, since I had no hot water & the leaking could increase. My installer/plumber, Rod, arrived early & was professional, knowledgeable, & courteous throughout the process, & cleaned up after making sure everything was operational. All in all, a great company with caring people..many thanks!
