I'm so pleased to now have Reparo as my appliance repair service. Kira, the scheduler, assured me that the expert technicians would be able to repair my dryer at a very fair price. Technician Denis came to our rescue! He was careful and cautious of my home and very polite. He went right to work, had everything he needed to make the repair there and then. They are getting busy! Had them over almost a year ago for my Samsung refrigerator and was able to book an appointment the same day. This time around had to wait a few days before Peter could come and fix my stove. On the bright side he was able to replace igniters the same day. I only trust them with my appliances!

This company was referred to me by a neighbor. They are fantastic! Although the solution required two visits, the technicians were honest, reasonable and worked tirelessly to fix the problem. Reparo is one of the best small business operations in LA. They are very efficient and on time and do the job correctly. This is my 2nd time using them. They fixed my Viking stove the first time around and now my whirlpool dishwasher. Both the service and prices were stellar. Keep up the good work Reparo. I wish all businesses were run this well.
