Ribbs replaced all the drain pipes and main sewer line on my property a few years ago and have consistently exceeded my expectations in their service, communication, and honesty. Last night, the water in my home started backing up. I called Ribbs, and they were able to schedule me for a morning service today, and I appreciate their promptness. However, I got a text/call this morning to do some initial troubleshooting, and they advised me that the issue sounded like a problem with the city line, and they gave me the number to call. They were correct, and the issue was fixed at no charge to me. I appreciate the honesty from David at Ribbs, and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else looking for a great service.

I was not informed about the $89 fee for the crawl space inspection when I booked the appointment over the phone. The fee was only mentioned after the inspector arrived at my home. As a result, I chose not to accept the price, and no inspection was performed or quote provided.

Update : David called me to apologize for inconvenience and offered to do inspection free of cost. He came in and detailed quote. Was extremely happy with the service from David

Robb’s Plumbing provided excellent service fixing a lateral sewer connection that did not pass inspection. Now all is well and it passed. They worked quickly and were careful to avoid nearby high-power lines. They left our property looking as if they had never been there.

Ribbs showed up on time. The rep was knowledgeable. It was a regular tankless water heater maintenance. A valve broke during the process. The hope was I wouldn’t have to pay for the part since this was an error on the reps part. However, I was charged for the part and not for labor. That’s the only part we weren’t happy about. A little pricey. Good service otherwise.
