This company sucks as a neighbor and have no respect for the property of others. They have been working right next to us for months and months, and it has cost us time and money, constantly cleaning the dust and dirt off of our outdoor furniture, and damaging pool equipment, and it should not be allowed. They should be responsible for any damages due to their presence . I called them three times, and was told three times that someone would be in touch with me and guess how many times they called me back question mark Zero! I understand that things have to be worked on, but it should not cost money out of my pocket or time out of our busy lives to deal with what these companies do. Frank Ripa, your name is on everything and you should be held responsible or at least be accountable.

These guys are currently doing some work in my neighborhood, which involves digging up the ends of some of our driveways to lay in some kind of large drainage/sewage pipe, and were in front of my house yesterday. There is a Frontier internet "box" installed in the ground at the edge of my front yard as well, next to my driveway, which they were digging up presumably to move out of the way.

Around 1 p.m., my internet goes out, and I look outside and they're gone. I thought maybe they were taking lunch, and figured they'd come back to continue working after maybe an hour and fix whatever they had done with my fiber optic cable. Couple of hours go by, and they never come back, so I call the project manager (whose number was on a paper notice that was left on our doors earlier in the week) to ask what they had done to my internet, and if they were going to come back out to fix it.

The guy tells me he's going to look into it and that he'll call me back.

End of the day rolls around. He never calls back.

So basically, these guys knocked my internet out fairly early in the day (on a Friday), and then just peaced out for the weekend, leaving me in the lurch. I work from home, and require internet access to do my job.

Thankfully, Frontier sent out a tech this morning (Saturday), who had to actually install an entirely new cable. Evidently, the Ripa gentlemen had actually hit/cut my fiber optic line while they were working. Then left. Then couldn't be bothered to follow through on addressing this blunder when I called and asked about it.

Needles to say, I'm pretty miffed about this whole thing. See you bozos on Monday, I guess. Try not to hit my new fiber optic line this time.

Ripa will park heavy machinery behind your house and constantly wake you up before 7am with the machinery. We live in sterling hill community and everyone is tired of heavy machinery being parked less then 50 feet from our bedrooms. Not to mention being woken up before 7am. The employees have no care to wake people up as they are revving car engines in the morning when they arrive near our houses.

They’re not relocating the wildlife and they’re causing mass genocide with the animals. I had an osprey die in my arms earlier this summer thanks to RIPA, you’re ruining Pasco county.

If this company ever rips all the forest out from behind your house. They will not only inconvenience’s you with massive equipment noise for months at a time. but will also put this kind of sign right at the back of your property line for you to look at every morning.
Zero respect for the current community they are effecting.
