We have used Root Rooter for service several times in the past and have always been pleased with the service. However, it has NEVER been as good as it was today when Tyler and his apprentice Tony were scheduled for our appointment. They took the time to thoroughly investigate our problems, determine our plumbing "map", found the root cause at its source and made the necessary repairs. No one in the past has taken the time to look past the problem at hand and look for a long term solution. They offered suggestions for a plan to move forward and even broke it down into financially more manageable steps and prioritized the suggestions. They were polite, asked important questions, explained in terms that made sense to me, "walked" the house with me so I could understand what we were dealing with, sent the detailed follow up report and plan with pictures and answered all my questions. They deserve more than 5 stars! Thank you to Tyler and Tony! Your experience shows!

This has been a two day job where a water main pipe broke but they were very good and fast Paul and Miles were very sweet and nice and very skillful we at Mayfair Drive in Taylors I would recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. Thank you so much Paul and Miles keep up the good work

I think that’s the fastest I’ve ever been able to get a plumber out here. I called and John was out here in less than an hour. It turned out to be a bigger job than we originally thought but the work was done in a very professional manner and John explained each thing and the prices before he did anything. He and the guys who were working with him were very polite and considerate and I’ll definitely use them again

Had a misunderstanding about a job that was done at my house and came to talk with someone in person about the issue. I spoke with a guy named Tony and he was super nice and handled the situation extremely well. To Nick, I apologize on my behalf for how I acted. I think you’re a great guy and very good at what you do. Thanks for going above and beyond to get the job done, we really appreciate your hard work. We had a tree take out our water line during Hurricane Helene. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent somebody within a few hour to access. Will Geer was our technician and he was incredibly helpful and sympathetic to our situation. He had to get his manager, Tony, involved due to the extent of our damage and they both put together a plan to get us temporary water that very day. After after 11 days of no water/power, that was the best news we could receive! Grateful to the crew of technicians who agreed to work extra hours that day in order for us to get water back to our house. Highly recommend!
