Me afirmaron que si cambiaba el disco de mi ordenador (Mac)quedaría como nuevo . Pregunté VARIAS veces si así se podría actualizar las app . Me aseguro que si . No solo se borró casi todo (fotos , documentos)pero NO se puede actualizar nada . Es decir que el ordenador está en peor estado que antes . 320€ ! El señor No quiere saber nada , no se acuerda de nada de lo que me dijo . Una estafa , un engaño Solo dice : Lo siento no me acuerdo !!!!

Como servicio de paqueteria, fatal.
Fui expresamente un jueves a buscar un paquete, con mi mensaje de Seur conforme estaba ya en tienda, y el señor sin mirarme a la cara me dice que no hay paquetes y que me pase otro dia (vivo en otro pueblo y fuí expresamente).Miré detras de el y habia un montón de paquetes allí y uno de ellos era el mio, pero por no discutir con el volví al dia siguiente.
Muy mal educado. Sin ganas de trabajar. Tal como estan las cosas y con la de gente que hay en el paro no estaria mal un cambio de personal.
Nunca mas enviare nada allí.

un familiar mío que no entiende de informática entregó su ordenador portátil a la tienda para reparación y fue devuelto con una instalación defectuosa, además de venderle un receptor inalámbrico y cobrarle dos veces la asistencia aprovechando que el cliente no entiende de electrónica ni informática - bastante mal, no recomiendo

Te cobran 1000€ por un ordenador de 600, le pides que sea "Gaming" y te meten una GT 730 por 200€, además de que tardaron 3 días para montar un modulo de 4GB de RAM.

Teneis un horario malisimo para el servicio. Como recomendacion comercial. Teneis que habrir en esas horas donde en cliente por lo general dispone de tiempo. el medio dia, alargalo un poco mas hasta las 21:00 o abriendo un poco antes.
