We first used Service First when our hot water heater conked out unexpectedly. We called several people and Service First were the only ones who agreed to come out same day! By the end of the day we had a professionally installed replacement! Same day! At a fair price.

More recently we woke up to water in our basement because the pump went out on our old condenser. Once again Service First came out the same day and replaced the pump within hours!

We use Service First now for our contracted seasonal services. They are awesome.

One other side note, we are an LGBT household and the servicemen who have come out from Service First have never seemed concerned about that and have always been friendly and courteous to both me and my husband. We don’t always have that from other utilities so I think it’s worth mentioning.

Why didn’t I do this earlier?!? So happy with my heat pump for air conditioning now and heating this winter. Service First was excellent from beginning to end - and fast. Helpful sales process - never pushy. Very reasonable price. Considerate and clearly talented installation experts. Front office helped with all my questions and paperwork. We are cool and happy now despite the heat waves. Wish I did this 2 years ago.

Very happy with my recent experience with Service First. Office staff was great explaining the service plan, scheduling appointment, and keeping me informed of the technician arrival. Melissa, the technician was very thorough. Took time to answer my questions and was very polite. Definitely would recommend Service First.

Exceptional first impression! I called and within 2 hrs, a service came. He was polite and made sure to keep my floors clean. As I needed to replace my system, another rep came, provided options and set me up for installation within a few days (and it’s the Friday of Labor Day weekend:) Sucks to be in this situation, and nice to have it addressed so quickly.

The technician Liam came out at 9:30 PM on the hottest day of the year. We called at least 7 other companies who wouldn’t come out until the following day. Thankfully my son recommended Service First. It was raining thundering and lightning. He was knowledgeable efficient, and respectful. He insisted on wearing booties in the house to protect our floors even though we offered to wipe up the floors. He was very professional . I would highly recommend Service First and Liam.

Our air conditioner stopped cooling the house on a 96’ day. We called the emergency # and within 10 minutes, Nathan returned our call. He said his ETA would be 25 minutes. He was here in 25 minutes. He diagnosed the issue quickly, corrected the problem & answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable, polite and patient. We are so impressed with Service First! Highly recommend this business for any heating/air conditioning needs!!

The excellent service continues. We switched from another contractor a few years ago and have had no problems with our HVAC since. A new technician (Melissa) came today and was polite and professional.
