One of the most honest businesses I've ever dealt with. Close to 20 years ago they installed our solar heater system for our pool. Few years ago we replaced our roof so the panels had to come off. Everybody, including the roof company told us we needed to throw away the panels and buy a new system. David Spanier, our original sales person told us the panels they installed are really good quality and they might work just fine if they are carefully taken off and reinstalled on the new roof. He could not promise a successful "transaction" but we decided to trust his company and went for it. They saved us thousands because the panels worked just fine after they reinstalled them. As a matter of fact the system is still working good. Very rare you can find a company like this, helping you out instead of going for more money.
After many years, almost 20, the sensor went out, the 1st issue with the system. They are coming out in couple of weeks to fix it and they quoted the work with an affordable price. When I called David he greeted me by my name... That service is almost unheard of nowadays I can't recommend them enough.

Had Solar Source service my solar domestic hot water system. I had a leak coming from the roof. The tech was fast to diagnose the problem. He had the parts on his truck and fixed the issue quickly. The tech was very neat and respectable. He estimated the cost before fixing the problem. They were able to give me a discount which helped. The price was a little high than I hoped, but you get what you pay for: Good fast, courteous service.

Broadus Bunch from Solar source helped me and fixed my inverter when I thought it wasn't possible. We made the epic mistake of purchasing a system from Superior Solar a few years ago, which now seems to be Solar Source. We've had non-stop issues with squirrels chewing lines, which is not covered and when we called to inquire we were told "Oh yeah, that happens all the time." Had we been told that up front we likely would have taken a different route.

The PVC pipe also burst, and again, was not covered under warranty.

Of course the service calls to come out and look at these items were also not covered under warranty, meaning we've had to add insult to injury by paying to be told items are not covered under warranty (which honestly doesn't seem to cover a single item).

We just found out that the install also went through the roof with no sealing around it, causing us nearly $3,000 in roof damage/repair.

At this point we are considering just ripping out the entire system as it has cost us nearly as much in repairs as we paid for the original system.
