Joe Strada I hope you read this review of your management and how your company is being ran by a bunch of incompetent people in your Tampa office.
First, I just had shoulder surgery Friday July 12, 2024 and I'm in my 2 1/2 month old BRAND NEW Maronda built home and Strada installed the A/C system.

A/C went out 3 days after surgery on Monday July 15th 2024. 87F in my house and humid. Tech came 10:45 pm that night and said the unit outside had a defective manufacturer part and leaked all the freon. He fixed the part and put new freon. We smelled a funny odor inside when he did it. When he came back inside we told him about the smell. He said it isn't freon and there's no way we smelled anything. The next day on Tuesday the A/C still wasn't cooling so we called Strada again. Same tech came out on Wednesday and said he found a leak on the coil inside the house and it's a manufacturer defect leaking coil. He put in to order a new coil. Thursday I call in the morning to find out how long it would take and they said NEXT WEEK Wednesday. It's been 87 to 91 F in my house every day with 68-75% humidity inside, and I've documented it with pictures. Thursday they told me they were going to get a portable A/C unit for us to use while we're waiting for the part. Friday I called twice and they said they were working on getting the unit and awaiting approval from the parts manager. I asked for a manager to call me back and they said the "manager is in a meeting." No return call. Saturday the manager Roxanna called and said she is working to get me a portable A/C for Monday and I explained the situation about just having surgery and this heat is not good for my recovery. I asked her when the part comes in Wednesday can they install it the same day and she said yes, even if we need after hours tech we will get it installed. Monday rolls around and I call at 9am and again at 1 pm to get answers but they tell me the "managers are in a meeting." No A/C now for a week. Mind you, I'm still recovering from surgery, I'm on meds not allowed to drive, no where to go while im out on medical leave from work, and just spent $7,000 on my surgery so I'm tapped financially. No portable A/C was delivered today either.

Tuesday call again in the morning and ask for a manager to call me back. Everytime I call they say "they're in a meeting." This seems to be their go to excuse for customers asking to speak to a manager. No call back so I call again and same run around about the manager is in a meeting so I tell the person I'm tired of getting the run around and I'm contacting an attorney. She asked to put me on hold, she comes back a few minutes later and says a portable A/C will be dropped off today. The tech shows up with a portable A/C that is small and looks like a joke. My house is 2,700 sq ft and 90F inside. It was pathetic attempt to help. Wednesday I call in the afternoon at 1:30 to find out if the coil showed up and when they're coming to install it. They get the parts manager Emilio on the phone and he tells me the coil is arriving around 4 pm or first thing in the morning. I asked him what does tracking # say. He tells me there isn't a tracking so I ask him how did they ship it. He says probably fedex freight or something. I tell him if it's shipped through any shipper it will have tracking. Then he tells me Trane is driving the part down from Georgia in their own truck. I question why he just said fedex freight and he said oh I meant Trane drives their own parts. Emilio says he will call me when it arrives today and if tomorrow from 8am to 1 pm is ok. I told him Roxanna said if it arrived today it would get installed today even if after hours has to do it. He said no, that's not possible my techs are really busy and scheduled until 10 pm tonight. I asked him if you knew the part was coming today, why would you not schedule a technician to complete it today if you knew it was urgent. These people lie, drop the ball, don't return calls, avoid customers at all cost, and have 0 empathy. It's Wednesday July 24th still no A/C! ?

Jonathan and David were the service technicians who arrived at our house to do a six-month tune-up of our AC system. We were very happy with their work. They clearly explained what they were doing and why, and they gave us several recommen-dations of what to replace during the next 6-to-12 months to keep our system operating efficiently. They answered all the questions we had about our system, and their manner was upbeat, which we appreciated!

Had them out in August to clear the A/C drain line. wrote a good review. Had them out in September for same problem. Guy told me it was fixed. October happened again. They wanted to charge me more money. I used And Services and they did the job correctly. Line was never cleared out by Strada.

If I could give zero stars to this company, I would. What a waste of time.

My husband made an appointment by phone, which was confirmed by both email and text message. However, the electrician never showed up. When we called the company, we were told that someone would call us back. Of course, it was Friday, so the person on the phone probably didn’t care enough to follow up.

We later received a text message saying that the appointment was never guaranteed. What kind of nonsense is that? You confirmed the appointment by both email and text, but now you're saying it was never guaranteed?

I’m taking my business elsewhere. What a disappointment. This kind of business practice is what can ruin a company.

Just had my AC service with a TXV Valve replacement, couldn’t be happier that Strada was able to Diagnose my problem. The tech Jason Herr came out spent 3/ 1/2 hours here making sure I was up and running. TY Jason, As a follow up I received a courtesy call from Eric Hernandez -manager checking up on their service performance. I was very pleased overall with everything and that Eric was able to oversee this entire job extensively. TY Eric for making this happen. Happy Customer !
