This man cussed us and said we weren't under warranty when he didn't do the job he was paid to do but it's ok got hep on the way would not recommend this company also said it only had a 24 hour warranty

These people work hard. They went above and beyond to make sure our job was done right. Took the time to find the exact part we needed, rather than just "making it work". Made sure we understood exactly what was going on thru the whole process. Took the time to thoroughly explain both the estimate and the final total. I cannot possibly give higher praise. Used Tom several times now and could not be happier with the quality of his work. I recently relocated from FL to TN and needed to find a plumber for our old (1913) home that I could trust. I certainly found one. Tom not only replaced my old toilet .. he also cut out and replaced the rotten wood underneath the toilet from years of leaking. I recommend The Drain Man to everyone.

Called Tom & Amanda, when my sewer line backed up. They were working in another town, about 30 miles away, but said they could get to me in the late afternoon or early evening. They called me again at 5:30 PM and stated that they were headed back to Jefferson City. I told them that it was late, and that they could come the following morning, if they preferred. They opted to come out that evening to resolve my sewer problem. Long story short: they came out, got the job done, and charged the industry standard rate, even though it was already late in the day. I will definitely call them again for plumbing issues.

I had them out to cut some roots in a line from my house to my septic. His auger knocked a hole in my drain pipe and he packed up and left without fixing the hole or finishing the job.
