We had a front door glass get busted and really didn't know who to call as it was a custom piece. We called Glass Guru and they came out right away. They did an amazing job of communication and explaining the process. The install crew was ontime and did great! I was surprised a little bit by the time it took from getting the quote to install but considering it was tempered glass with custom shape and size it was understandable. All in all outstanding service. I am always high on businesses that say what they do and do what they say. Glass Guru will get all our glass business if we ever have future glass needs.

I had Glass Guru replace a sliding door and three windows.

I initially picked them because the price was way more affordable for me. I will continue to use them due to the following

The product. I have had Provia sliding door and two windows in for several months. I did have issues with the lock on the sliding door, but at this time it has been fixed. I just had one provia window installed today, June 16, 2023. No issues with any of the windows as of now.

Michael (owner) and Scott ( installer) are great to work with. After installation I noticed issues, and each time they got back with my right away and came out and made repairs.

Trust is very important to me and I ? trust Michael and Scott. I do recommend the company and I will use them for any and all future windows and door replacements.

These guys are amazing. We had a filthy dirty non-functioning sliding door that wouldn't open or close easily and after 30 minutes Daniel had it gliding open and closed like a brand new door. Punctual and friendly. Highly recommend.

Called Mike, asked about a consultation for adding windows to some interior solid wood office doors, he came by the next day and checked it out and gave some options. Really friendly and knowledgeable guy. Definitely reccomend his services.

This is a family run business and you know it right from the start. From, the receptionist who answers the phone and manages the office (and so much more) to the Installers (who were always respectful of my home and glass/mirror needs). It is almost as if you are family too! Because you are treated as such all the way through the process. My mirror on my pocket door is perfect thickness and size, and large glass shower door is insanely beautiful!

Glass Guru did an absolutely wonderful job on my Mother’s sliding glass door!! It was not opening without a LOT of resistance, and they came on time and removed the window and replaced the faulty rollers/wheels and cleaned everything. Then their expert invited us to give it a try! It has never opened more smoothly! We would recommend and will actually be getting a quote on another issue soon!
