I go to this UPS all the time but had the most horrendous experience with an employee named Raven. I came to drop off an Amazon package, which is usually a seamless, and was so disrespected. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes and then she rolled her eyes and got an attitude. She continued to look lost like she didn’t know what she was doing, had me stand to the side and took 3 customers before me. The other worker came in and had me take a photo of the tracking number because they still couldn’t give me a receipt.

I’ve been using UPS for years and never had issues with something as simple as getting a receipt and I was kind to her so I have no idea what her issue was. She was just so nasty.

If people don’t want to work or do not like their jobs they should quit. It’s simple. Don’t take it out on customers.

ups accidentally ripped my return label off of a package i was shipping back to a vendor, while in transit. and therefore it was shipped back to my house.

mistakes happen, and it wouldn’t have been a problem. the problem is that when i came back to the store to try shipping it again they charged me a service fee to re print the label even though it was their fault the original one was ripped off. on top of that, whoever was handling the package before it got back to me absolutely destroyed the box and the whole thing was being held together by tape, with holes and rips everywhere.
never had any problems like this with the US Postal Service. super sad experience and it isn’t the first time stuff like this has happened with UPS.
losing packages and/or destroying the stuff inside them seems to be one of UPS’s favorite hobbies!
