Tucson Plumbing to the rescue. Ron is our main contact and we have all positive feedback. The entire experience was above and beyond all our expectations. Communication was on point. Price lower by 20% than competitor. Ron coordinated with our other contractor and it was effortless on our side. We live in phoenix and that requires crystal clear communication to articulate problem, option and recommendations. I give them a solid 5 stars and have to add on they are all very customer oriented and personable. One of the techs befriended our puppy and plans in the work to grab lunch with hubby next time in town. They all went above and beyond! Plumbing issues are scary and this team acts fast and with INTEGRITY as a core value. So grateful they are on our team.

Couldn't be happier with Tucson Plumbing and Heating's service! Called in the morning and Henry was at the house by noon and had mom's water softener installed by 1:30 pm. Exceptional quality and courteous service. Henry is a gem!

Tucson Plumbing installed the AOW-S400 water softener for my house about 4 months ago. I was given an Owner's Manual and some water testing strips but no real instructions on settings. The regeneration time was not set correctly. In trying to adjust that I've been guessing at all the proper settings for my house and am very frustrated. I called Tucson Plumbing today and Jasper, without any prompting, is sending someone out to my house without charge to show me what I need to know. Thank you, Jasper!

Price gouging. I was quoted on site $350 for a 5 minute check to see if something was leaking. Since I had paid a $70 visit fee I agreed to the price and mentioned that I would leave a poor review for price gouging. Amateur plumber say "I'm leaving go find someone else" because he was offended that I called him out for scamming. Scammers who can't even stand up for themselves.

I had an outside pressure regulator valve go bad after ten years and started leaking. Tucson Plumbing did the original install when my home was built in Saddlebrooke Ranch. I was quoted a price of $600 on the phone to do the work. I was shocked how much it was going to be. When the plumber got here he wanted to charge me $650 when I was quoted $600. I called the office and they made it $600. When the tech cuts the insulation off the outdoor pipes to access the plumbing, there seems to be a piece of iron rebar in the ground that was right next to and touching the copper water pipe..... probably a pipe support during construction. It was covered in a bright orange insulator sleeve presumably to stop electrolysis eating away at the copper pipe. So during the original install somebody did the right thing and insulated the rebar from the copper pipe. So this young guy proceeds to replace the valve and in the process needlessly ripped off all the electrical insulation off the rebar. He took some photos and closed up the insulation and re-wrapped it. Later I looked at the photos and noticed he did not re-insulate the rebar against the copper pipe and simply closed it up as finished. So in time the electrolysis between two dissimilar metals would have eaten through the copper long after Tucson Plumbing was gone leaving me a major expensive problem. An experienced licensed plumber would never have done such a thing. I called the office and they seemed unaware that electrolysis was even a thing and they sent him back the next day. He proceeded to wrap the exposed rebar in plumbing tape. He then looks up at me as if to say I'm done and I noticed he failed to insulate about 1 1/2 inches of rebar at the top. I'm thinking to myself is this guy brain dead at this point since that was why he was there in the first place. I have no idea if the tape he used is an electrical insulator, although he now claimed it would fix the problem, or if I was just getting a snow job to cover his butt.

My issues with Tucson plumbing are price gouging..... charging $600 to install a valve I can buy for much less than $150 and $450 labor considering he was actually working only about a half hour labor or less. That figures out to be around $900 an hour in my math. My second issue is the technician ripping the electrical insulation off the iron rebar and failing to re-insulate when done. This could have caused a major expensive repair for me down the road if the copper was eaten away by electrolysis. He wrapped the rod and didn't even wrap the entire rod until I told him. My third issue is the tech closing up the job without even showing me the work that he did for inspection. My last issue is I don't know if plumbers pipe tape is a good enough insulator or if they just slapped something on there and told me it was good. The so called plumber didn't even seem to have the knowledge that electrolysis was a danger that needed to be addressed. Scary for a plumber to not know this.

I knew Tucson Plumbing was the most expensive going in but now I see their plumbers are incompetent as well. I don't mind paying premium prices but not for crappy handyman work.

EDIT: upon closer inspection on his second visit the tech never completed re wrapping the existing pipe wrap he slit with his knife to access the rebar. Once again careless non professional work.

Tucson Plumbing did all the plumbing in our new house in Tucson in 2021. Everything they did was top quality. The owner, Chris, even took the time to give us advice on water softening. Since we moved in, we have made a few changes that were all done perfectly by Ron and his crew. We could not be happier with Tucson Plumbing, and always recommend them.
