Recently I had Michael do some work on my Motorola phone and it consisted of replacing the screen as well as the power button on the side. The screen worked great after he did it but I had to wait until the button came in as it was a very uncommon part. Upon getting that done , the phone worked well and I decided it was time to sell mine and get a new one. Michael found me an outstanding deal on a new Samsung and all of the necessities to go along with it. I got him to do my data transfer, and again, Michael came through with flying colors. I didn't lose a thing. Every file, every pixel, it all made it to my new phone. I would highly recommend him for the largest to the smallest of any cellular related situation that I needed done. I was very impressed with his product knowledge and technical experience as well as his professionalism, and the whole experience had me heading home with a smile on my face. Lastly, I must say that the conversation was very refreshing as I got the feeling we had been friends forever already. Two thumbs up Michael!!
