Water Heaters Only is an amazing company! They quickly responded to my call and sent out Technician Loni to replace my water heater. He arrived inside the scheduled window and completed replacing my water heater within 2.5 hours. He was very courteous and professional. He patiently answered all my questions and did a thorough cleanup when he was done. He also rerouted my existing pressure relief and catch pan drain pipes for improved functionality. Loni was fabulous; I would give him 6 out of 5 stars if I could! I highly recommend this company!

Amazing service..the technician John was knowledgeable and kept me updated along the way from the time he was on the way to my house, while he is working on the heater until it was done. He gave me advice on the function of the knobs and recommended settings. Overall a great experience with speedy service. He replaced my 50 gal water heater within 2.5 hours.

Our water heater blew up late Friday and Water Heaters Only was the only company that could promise a replacement same day when we called Saturday morning. Daniel Chavez came out with the new unit already in his truck and got to work. He completed the job very professionally and it's working great. Highly recommended.

It's not a fun thing to unexpectedly have to replace a water heater, but Water Heaters Only made the experience simple and seamless. I called when I noticed our water heater was leaking and they were courteous and friendly on the phone and got me scheduled that day. Kevin West came out to do the replacement, and he was very friendly and professional. He explained the process, provided a quote and got our new water heater installed well. Even without knowing the technical details, it's clearly a better install job than whoever did the last one. Would definitely recommend!

Joseph and team were excellent! Responded right away and could have come out the same day if we had replied sooner, but instead came out first thing in morning the next day. They were professional, got down to work right away and did a five star professional installation… at a very reasonable price. It would take long enough to brush your teeth or shave with electric shaver to get hot water in the shower with the old tankless water heater. Now? About 12 seconds… without recirculating pump! When your old water heater goes, call Joe!
