My allergist in Edina, recommended I go see this Allergist since I now live in St. Cloud. I called and was told they needed a written referral from my Dr. to be seen, and they would call me back to schedule. Its been a month, no callback and when I try to call them it rings a few times and disconnects.

After 2 months finally got in. Office staff is incompetent, lost paperwork my old allergist sent 3 times, and was told by Dr. Yasmin it would be unethical for him to start my allergy shots, since he's retiring this year. What's unethical is his office staff knowing full well what I was coming in for, scheduled the appointment, wasting everyone's time, money, and then during the height of my allergy season being sent out the back door outside into the pollen.

This man is a genius! After other doctors missed my diagnosis, Dr. Yassin not only knew what condition I had but is also helping me get to a cure. He looks at his patients full health and how conditions impact one another. He encouraged me to get a second opinions on other health concerns which ultimately improved my life dramatically. He is not always forthcoming with the future plan of care and some people may not appreciate this, but I have full trust in what he is doing! He’s a miracle worker!

I first saw Dr. Yassin almost 30 years ago after a couple of years of not knowing what was wrong with me. My parents were very concerned because I would complain of terrible headaches. I remember going to multiple doctors, getting cat scans, and blood tests. I even found out I needed glasses at one point. Others treatments I remember eating only pineapple for a day and staying up for an entire night, but none of it worked.

Finally, when my mom heard of Dr. Yassin, she brought me to see him and he did an allergy test. He found that I had severe allergies to things like pollen, dust mites, etc., and prescribed allergy shots in conjunction with Claritin D as needed. I did the allergy shots a couple of times a week to start and they started to work after my immune system was conditioned. I continued them for a few more years as the prescribed frequency became less (once per week, then every two weeks, then once a month), and eventually stopped after feeling better for so long. To this day, the extent of my seasonal allergies consists of the occasional sniffles and sneeze.

Yassin Mohamed is a great Doctor. We were referred for my 9 year old daughter's hives. He was so great with her. His sense of humor made it a very good appointment. The way he explained things was done in a way that we and anyone could understand. He is great with kids!

Never again will we visit this provider. Not only did he put our daughter on allergy medication she did not need as he did not bother to test her for allergies before prescribing it but our last visit was down right nasty. He was rude would ask for an explanation then would cut me off half way through speaking and insist I was not giving him an answer. We will be taking our daughter for a 2nd opinion as he already miss diagnosed her once and obviously is not interested in hearing what anyone has to say but himself. What doctor pushes drugs without tests? Unbelievable!

This man is simply a miracle worker, he truly has a gift. I am so humbled by the work he has done for our daughter. After months of doctor visits and no answers, all it took was one visit to Dr. Yassin and we finally had answers. We cannot thank him enough for the work he has done for our daughter!

Unbelievable! Giving Corticosteroid inhaler to a 5 year old, without doing any tests or deeper diagnostic. Just doing the diagnose, because of a physical exam and history?! And trying to tell us, not it's not common to do any lung function testing on children. So how can a doctor give out a prescription for a corticosteroid inhaler, with tons of side effects, when there is no proofed evidence for an asthma?! I am just speechless, we can not recommend this place. Asking the doctor, why he wrote the prescription without any tests: "we don't do the tests for children. You also don't have to give her the inhaler, and you can see her regular doctor too for a second opinion." Really? As a specialist with Allergies and Asthma...that is the answer we get We can not recommend this practice.
