Cheaper than star link, very decent connection out in the middle of nowhere (able to play online games), and I cannot stress this enough… AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. we ended up switching to fetch because of how friendly and helpful they are. I have never been more pleased with customer service.

We live in a rural area and had miserable service with Hughesnet and Viasat buffering and such slow speeds it made wifi not usable.
With Fetch Wireless, we can use wifi for TV using Roku as well as computers and cell phone browsing and working online. When we first got Fetch Wireless, the tech person helped us to get the best most perfect and constant solid service we could ever have and all for one price. We keep wifi on all the time now. No buffering and never run out of data. I am so grateful for this valuable service and thank the highly professional tech service person who helped us get the service set up.

After searching high and low for REAL high speed service providers I found and contacted Fetch Wireless. Hannah and Michael helped me from start (convinced me to try them before I paid a ton of money to starlink ) and thankfully I did as this service is hundreds cheaper and works perfectly. The setup is really simple and easy and we’ve been high speeding away:):):)!!!!!! Anyone looking for a rural solution to internet connectivity Fetch Wireless is the solution.

Explained our needs in detail and was assured the plan would work. Purchased the best plan they have. Got it set up, it worked very poorly. Called the support, and was told I had used all my high speed data, which was weird since most of that time we were just moving into our new house. Then I was told they now had another plan which had more data, and they would put me on it as well as send a new modem with an antenna, no charge. This worked even worse, we couldn't even stream Netflix. When I went to cancel, I found out they do not let you return the equipment, you’re stuck with it. Maybe it works better in different areas, but just know if you try it you are going to be out several hundred dollars whether it works or not.

Nothing in my area seemed to work for my remote at-home job until I came across fetch. The woman on the phone, I believe her name to be Hannah, was professional, polite, and walked me through every step. I wish I would have found fetch sooner, it has helped tremendously! Thank you Hannah!

Fetch wireless saved my job. I was scrambling to find an internet company that would work at my location and be good enough to handle working from home while also allowing my kids to be on their devices. Yo fetch is trash. My Hotspot on my phone works and connects better than fetch. Everyday my internet went out at least twice. And it's a ten minute process each time. Thank God for starlink.... there non-priority internet is the exact same speed as fetch high speed lol. Yall need to do better for us out here in the rural area.

I’ve had Fetch for over a year and when I have a question their staff is outstanding. The service has been fantastic. We stream all our TV, play some games and work. We love the portability and low start up cost. I would pick Fetch over any satellite internet or DSL for sure.
